Purity Vodka
Purity Vodka is micro distilled from grain in a copper and gold pot still at the 13th Century Ellinge Castle in Sweden. The wheat and barley is grown at the castle. One of the most interesting things about Purity Vodka is they do not filter the 80 proof vodka after distilling it 34 times.
This final spirit . . . is so pure that no filtration is necessary, thus leaving all the natural flavours and character in the vodka. -Purity Vodka
If you want to learn more detail on the production process, Purity Vodka has a great two page PDF that explains everything: Purity Vodka Production Process.

Master Distiller Thomas Kuuttanen created Purity Vodka. His signature is on each bottle and the beautiful box that it comes in. Thomas is famous in Sweden for developing many whiskeys, liqueurs, gins, vodkas and aquavits.
Micro Liquor really likes the fact that Purity Vodka continued to enter competitions year after year. We don’t see that too often as so many liquor brands are so insecure. Purity Vodka seems pretty confident in its product, but the best part is they are not afraid to receive feedback and make changes to its secret family vodka recipe.

Thomas Kuuttanen has won a plethora of awards including the San Francisco Spirits Competition (USA), The Destillata Awards (Austria), The Sommelier’s Trophy (Sweden), The Vodka Masters, and the International Wine & Spirit Competition (England).
Purity Vodka has a very impressive and extensive list of great cocktails along with amazing photos on its website. One of the most popular drinks is the Moscow Mule shown below. Enjoy!

Do you think winning made Thomas Kuuttanen “arrogant and quite cocky” or was he that way to start with
