The World’s Most Expensive Cocktail

A little bit of wednesday trivia for all our MicroLiquor fans: Have you ever wondered where in the world they serve earth’s most expensive cocktail? You guessed right: at the worlds most expensive hotel, the Burj Al Arab in Dubai.

For only 27.321 AED (the UAE local currency, which is about $7,500 USD), you can order the “27.321 cocktail”. Made with 55 year old Macallan (which is itself $12,000 USD a bottle), homemade passion fruit sugars, ice cubes made from water imported from the distillery and served in your own 18 carat gold cup.

I’m guessing that if they have it on the menu it’s because some people actually order it. We dare you to expense that on a business trip!
