This is consummate Mezcal made from single village, estate grown Espadin ‘Agave’ which is double distilled utilizing ancient methods in a timehonored tradition.

The aromas lead with stewed Bartlet pear, lychee and roasted Poblano peppers—which are provocatively intriguing. The flavors begin with the aromas and quickly build to include clean smoke, kale, plum and citrus. The finish gently re-declares the flavors and resolves on yummy smoke.
