Technically a liqueur, hum (70 proof) is made from pot still rum infused with four botanicals — hibiscus, ginger, cardamom and kaffir lime — then bottled unfiltered. hum’s crimson red color comes from fair trade hibiscus, a peppery kick from organic ginger, heady aromatics from cardamom & the intoxicating fragrance of kaffir lime. Enjoy hum on the rocks or with citrus soda or ginger ale or add fresh produce & mint to create a killer Mojito. Add hum to your favorite beer or mix with sparkling wine & fresh produce for Sangria.
