Few Spirits

Few Spirits is grain to glass distillery focusing on whiskies and gins, located outside Chicago in Evanston, Ilinois. Founded as a dry community, Evanston was home to many influential advocates for Prohibition who effectively kept the city free of alcohol for more than one hundred years. With roots going back to some of Europe’s fabled brewing families, Paul Hletko and Few Spirits have marked the end of Evanston’s Prohibition and given the city its very own craft distillery.

The products include Few Rye (silver medal from the Beverage Tasting Institute), Few Bourbon Whiskey (silver medal from the San Francisco International Spirits Competition), and Few White Whiskey the dutch-styled Few American Gin (winner of a coveted silver medal at the San Francisco International Spirits Competition).
