Entrepreneurs extraordinaire David Jones and Clyde Davis Jr. founded Team Spirits Import Company in 2002 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to bring innovative, heritage based products of the highest quality to the United States.
They found an incredible rum from St. Lucia called Chairman’s Reserve Rum. A blend of double distilled pot still and continuous still rums aged in American whiskey casks.
Chairman’s Reserve Rum has won a ton of awards from all around the world including a Double Gold Medal from the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) Tasting Competition, Double Gold Medal from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and a Gold Medal from the Drinks International Rum Challenge.

The MicroLiquor team met up with these passionate liquor entrepreneurs at the 2010 Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) trade show in Las Vegas. Clyde and David really found a fantastic rum to enjoy on the rocks or mixed with Coca-Cola. These guys are so enthusiastic, charismatic and full of energy you just know they found the perfect rum!
