While working in the service industry I have been the entertainment, waiter, bartender, cook, trainer, quality assurance inspector, barista in restaurants, cafes and bars. I have been called upon to judge International Spirits competitions, Mixology competitions, Lead Workshops / Tastings / Trainings, Create Branded Cocktails/Beverages for Bars / Restaurants / Events / Fund-raisers / Parties / Competitions, Drink Menus, pairing menus and a bunch of other “stuff”;I work as a liquor specialist by day at Hi Time Wine Cellars and write the Monthly Spirits Page for the Newsletter;I am a Member of the Ministry of Rum Connoisseurs Cabinet, a Member of Rum XP (Expert Panel) and participate on multiple Liquor / Spirits / Mixology / Bar Culture forums; I am a founding (board) member/Key-holder for The Orange County Bartenders Cabinet (OCBC); I am a Society of Wine Educators Certified Spirits Specialist (C.S.S.);I am Bar Smarts Certified and I have a blog called ‘a drink with forrest’.
Constance Chamberlain
Reporting from New York City, Constance Chamberlain is an avid wine enthusiast and loves sharing her passion with anyone who will listen. She is active participant within the wine and beverage-alcohol community and frequently attends many tastings and events. Constance was first drawn to wine through her interest in all things cultural which explains why you can often find her exploring first-hand the terroir of vineyards around the world including those in Australia, Austria and Greece. She is currently studying for her Advanced Certificate through the Wine & Spirits Education Trust and plans to pursue her diploma within the next few years.
Stephanie Jerzy
Stephanie is a Public Relations Manager for Brand Action Team focusing on social media initiatives within the spirits and beer industries. Working out of Avon, Connecticut, Stephanie has quickly established herself as a credible member of the online spirits and cocktail community. She is responsible for blogger outreach and is also the author of two industry blogs that have gained wide recognition as valuable resources. Stephanie is continually expanding her knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer and marketing communications in the alcohol industry through educational programs and seminars; she is a graduate of Pernod-Ricard USA/Beverage Alcohol Resource Bar Smarts Advanced program and is also earning her beer credentials via the Cicerone Beer Server Certification.
